Birth and postpartum can feel overwhelming. I’ll be there every step of the way providing physical support, holding space for your emotional journey, and making sure you have the information you need when you need it. Doulas are proven to improve physical and psychological outcomes for both you and your baby as well as positively impact the wellbeing of the entire family.

Birth
I’ll help you feel prepared and confident from the moment you hire me through your birth experience. With me at your birth, you’ll be able to let go of any fears or uncertainty to focus on the most important part… bringing your baby into the world.
Postpartum
I’ll provide physical and emotional care tips to help you trust your own instincts of meeting your baby’s needs. I’ll also provide general support with things such as light housework, meal preparation and sibling care so that you can find recovery, clarity and calm through your postpartum journey.
Virtual
Whether it’s a one-time prenatal planning session or more comprehensive pre and postnatal support, virtual support will provide you all the tactical benefits of in-person support. I will work with you and your supporting team to create a plan that will give you the confidence.
